Custard

They call me Custard… because I’m the sweetest girl you’ll ever meet. But let’s not sugarcoat it—life hasn’t exactly been a dessert buffet.
 
I was found living rough in someone’s garden, heavily pregnant, very skinny, and crawling with fleas. I was pretty scruffy and definitely overdue for a proper meal, but the second someone came near me, I started purring. What can I say? I’m a total softie for affection.
 
A kind soul took me to the vet, and that’s when everything changed. I landed safely with my foster mum, finally got a full belly, and exactly one week later—because I love a dramatic entrance—I gave birth to eight squirmy, squeaky little kittens.
 
Those babies? They’re off living their best kitten lives now, causing chaos wherever they go and no longer need me. As for me, I’m hanging up my mum hat and focusing on me for the first time.
 
Let’s be honest: I’m not made for the streets. Someone as beautiful and sweet as me would absolutely be taken advantage of out there. I was made for comfy bed cuddles, lazy mornings, and having a human who knows how to scratch just under my chin.
 
I’m still that gentle girl from the garden—just fluffier, flea-free, and thriving. I adore pats, I’m obsessed with creamy tube treats, and I will patiently sit in the kitchen and manifest wet food with the power of my stare (even if I just ate). And yes, I still love a bit of playtime—I’ve got a soft spot for dangling toys and a good zoomie session. Just don’t be surprised if I go from chase mode to nap mode in 0.3 seconds.
 
At the end of the day, what I want most is a calm, cozy home where I can be loved like I’ve always deserved. I make an excellent foot warmer, a loyal bedtime buddy, and I’ll even tolerate your weird late-night snacks and questionable Netflix choices.

All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way. This is for their safety, the health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you letting them know if you cannot make an appointment.
