Decimal

Decimal is a charming ticked‑coat tabby boy who gives off the unmistakable air of an old professor trapped in a kitten’s body. There’s something wonderfully thoughtful about him, as though he’s quietly analysing the world and taking notes for later. He’s the sort of kitten who watches you with great seriousness while you fold laundry, cook dinner, or walk past the room—always observing, always learning, always just a little bit amused. A tiny stalker, but in the most endearing way.

He adores his food and never misses an opportunity to remind you that mealtimes are the highlight of his day. When he’s not eating, he’s usually curled up somewhere comfortable, snoozing like a scholar who’s earned a well‑deserved break. He will play, but only when he feels the moment calls for it; otherwise, he’s perfectly content to nap and supervise life from a cosy perch.

Decimal gets along beautifully with the other cats and genuinely enjoys their company. Dogs, on the other hand, he tolerates with the patient resignation of someone who has accepted that canine chaos is simply part of the universe. He likes people too, though he can be a little selective—choosing his favourites with the same careful consideration he applies to everything else.

Sweet, quirky, observant, and quietly hilarious, Decimal is a delightful little character who will bring gentle joy and thoughtful companionship to the right home.

All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way. This is for their safety, the health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you letting them know if you cannot make an appointment.
