Ginny
Hello, Muggles! My name is Ginny Weasley, and yes, I am a very important member of the Weasley family. I may be the smallest Weasley but I have a personality that is definitely getting bigger by the day.
One of my favourite things in the entire wizarding world is a nice, long body pat. None of this quick little pat nonsense, please. I like a proper, full-length stroke from head to tail while I stand there looking adorable and purring. And speaking of purring, I have a HUGE purr and I am not shy about showing it off. Once I get comfortable, you will know about it!
I do have one tiny problem… I am exceptionally easy to startle. Loud noises can send me launching into the air like I’ve just been hit by a rogue Confundus Charm. Fortunately, as I’m getting bigger, I’m also getting braver, and noises that once had me performing Olympic-level leaps are becoming much less terrifying. I’m working on it, okay?
I am also an excellent work-from-home assistant. In fact, I take my job very seriously. I will squeeze myself behind you on your office chair and curl up for a nap while you work. Alternatively, I may decide that sitting directly in front of your monitor is a much better idea, forcing you to view your computer screen through me. Honestly, I don’t understand why you need the screen when you have a perfectly good Ginny right there.
When I’m not supervising important office duties, I love chasing the laser pointer. I lock onto that little red dot with the focus of a Seeker chasing the Golden Snitch. There is absolutely no escaping it. I will chase it, pounce on it and dedicate my entire being to catching the one thing that apparently cannot be caught. Still, it’s important to have goals.
I absolutely adore the older resident cats and have decided that Harry is particularly wonderful. However, I have very different feelings about those pesky younger kittens. They may think they are cute, but I have standards. If one of them gets too close to my personal space, I will give them a little growl to let them know that this is my bubble and they need to kindly get out of it.
So, if you are looking for a sweet little ginger Weasley with a giant purr, a talent for flying through the air when startled, an obsession with laser pointers and an impressive ability to sabotage your workday simply by existing in front of your monitor, I might just be your girl.
All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way. This is for their safety, the health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you letting them know if you cannot make an appointment.
