Mr Darcy

It is a truth universally acknowledged that a handsome, fluffy gentleman in want of a forever home must be in possession of a most discerning nature - and Mr Darcy is no exception.
 
This charming medium-haired tabby arrived at Little Paws with rather limited experience in the ways of human affection, having not been handled much in his earlier days. However, he has since discovered two very agreeable truths: that people are excellent providers of both gentle pats and delicious food. Naturally, this has greatly improved his opinion of society.
 
True to his distinguished name, Mr Darcy is of a more reserved disposition. He does not rush into acquaintance, preferring instead to observe quietly and form his own judgements. Yet, once his trust is earned (a most worthy achievement), he proves himself a loyal and delightful companion, choosing to remain close by your side in a most endearing fashion.
 
He is, quite simply, an adorable fluffy gentleman, with a fondness for fine dining (or any dining, really) and a most impressive, rumbling purr that announces his contentment. When intrigued, he performs the most charming little head tilt, as though carefully considering the mysteries of the world - or perhaps just the sound of a treat packet.
 
Mr Darcy is also well acquainted with the company of other cats and conducts himself most agreeably among them.
 
For those willing to offer patience, kindness, and a warm place to call home, Mr Darcy promises a companionship that, while not immediate, is deeply rewarding - and, in time, quite impossible not to adore
 
All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way. This is for their safety, the health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you letting them know if you cannot make an appointment.
