Sapphire

Meet Sapphire with his stunning seal point coat and classic Ragdoll good looks, Sapphire is the kind of cat who turns heads...  when he is not busy shoving his own face into the camera lens trying to get extra pats. Photographing him is a bit of a challenge because every time the camera appears, Sapphire assumes it’s obviously there to capture the moment he receives more love. So expect plenty of close-up “boop” shots instead of glamorous model poses. (see final photo)
 
Sapphire is a very friendly boy who enjoys being around his people and happily leans right into a good pat like he’s melting into it. He’s very affectionate, but he does have refined tastes - his pats must be gentle and respectful. If things get a bit too enthusiastic, he will politely let you know he’s reached his “that’ll do, thanks” limit. Think of him as a fluffy aristocrat who enjoys affection... but on his own very reasonable term
 
When it comes to food, Sapphire is extremely dedicated to the cause. Meal times are his favourite events of the day and he approaches them with the enthusiasm of someone who believes every bowl could be the best bowl he’s ever had. The sound of food preparation will summon him immediately, ready to supervise and ensure quality control.
 
His stunning crystal-blue eyes are hard to resist, and they only add to his charm. He’s a peaceful kind of guy who prefers the quiet life. Loud noises and chaos? Not really his thing. He’d be happiest in a calm, quieter home where he can relax, enjoy gentle company, and soak up all the affection at his own pace.
 
Like any cat who understands the finer things in life, Sapphire is also a passionate sunbaker. A warm patch of sunlight is basically his personal spa day, and you’ll often find him stretched out soaking up the rays while looking impossibly majestic.
 
And then there’s that purr. Sapphire has one of those deep, satisfying purrs that sounds like a tiny fluffy engine starting up the moment he’s happy - which, conveniently, is quite often.
 
If you are looking for a beautiful, affectionate companion who loves gentle pats, sunny naps, good food, and occasionally head-butting the camera to demand attention, Sapphire might just be your perfect match.
 
All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way. This is for their safety, the health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you letting them know if you cannot make an appointment.
