Tucker
Hello! My name is Tucker, and I'm a cute little boy with a big personality! Let me tell you a bit about my story. It all started when my mummy, Diane, was found in a backyard. Little Paws Kitten Rescue was called to help, and she was brought into foster care. Just two days later, the carer noticed that my mummy still had milk, so she rushed back to the place where Diane was found. Mummy led her to a shed on the property, where my brother, sister, and I were hiding. We were hungry and starving, but when we saw that milk, we rushed right up for a feed! The carer scooped us up and we all headed into foster care together.
Did I mention that I love food? You'll often find me in the kitchen, right behind the two-legged food bringer, waiting ever so patiently for my dinner to be prepared. The moment I hear the food whistle, though, patience flies out the window - I bolt at full speed to where the bowls are being placed. It doesn’t matter who or what is in my path; I’ll barrel straight through them to get to my meal. Once I’ve grazed to my satisfaction, I make it a priority to groom myself thoroughly. After all, my tuxedo must always be in top-notch condition.
As for playtime, my favourite toy is the laser pointer. That little red dot has insulted feline dignity for generations, and I’m determined to defeat it one day. When I’m chasing it, I get completely serious and laser-focused (pun intended). I sprint from one end of the house to the other, skidding around corners with wild determination. If any foster kittens happen to be in my way, well, they’re getting run over - no hesitation.
I also love to supervise the scooping of the litter, as I am always curious to know why the Hooman loves my poop so much that she puts it in a bag. It is a mystery that I must solve, so I will be there every time she does it to ponder the disappearance of the poop. She does try to hinder my investigation by picking me up and putting me beside the litter box, but I just get back in.
If you think I am the dapper man for you please reach out to my foster carer today!
All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way. This is for their safety, the health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you letting them know if you cannot make an appointment.
